I have always loved to draw. I have had inspirations periodically through my life, but lately the inspirations have come closer together, and with fervor. I would do a spiritual piece of artwork every ten years. God has inspired all of these works of art.  Each work has a special story behind it. I did not create often, because my life was devoted to being there for my family and my art students. My life has been filled with spiritual journeys with and without my family. These journeys have led me to prayer. It is the prayer where I have found my Lord and Savior, Jesus. The artwork I have produced is the overflowing of my heart. It began with a prayer in Spring 2001…
"How can I serve God better with the gifts He gave me?" He did not waste time answering this prayer! The inspirations came quickly! I felt as though my creations were a prayer, and God had control of my hand! I was drawing portraits of Christ-like people, and Christ, himself! When the 9-11 tragedy occurred, I wanted to express how I felt God's presence in the midst of the horrific events. God taught me a lesson repeatedly, that the more I gave, the more He Blessed me! When I shared my gift, I received so much more in return! There is no greater reward than to touch another heart with God's Love! I have let go and let God take a hold of my heart. I am directed by His Will and not mine. I am working with His agenda instead of my own. It has been an exciting journey of Faith! God is using me as an instrument to spread His Love through the gifts He gave me. I give all honor and glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
